The first step is a free in-home design consultation. We are one of the only companies that will do this for free. Our design consultants will arrive at your home for your scheduled appointment; have an in-depth discussion with the client and listen to their goals for the space that they wish to remodel. We will discuss and evaluate a realistic budget for the client's expectations, timeframes, and solutions for their remodeling project. An appropriate design fee based on the project's scope of work will be agreed upon to retain the next phase of design work.
Once we move forward into the design phase your design consultant and our in-house engineer will take in-depth photographs and measurements in what we like to call a discovery meeting. This will allow us to build accurate CAD plans and to help create solutions for your remodeling needs.
During the Selections phase, the designer will help with your selections and material decisions that are needed to complete the details of your remodeling project. Selection meetings will take place in our design showroom.
During your presentation, you will be able to see the custom building plans & design renderings to communicate your new home remodel including floor plans, construction plans, elevations, and photo-quality renderings. These will help you completely understand and visualize your new space. After that, we will make any changes to your products or your plans based on your needs. Once everything has been approved you'll sign off on the remodel through a construction agreement. This agreement includes payment schedules, project timelines, approved specifications, drawings, and products for the project.
