Designed to Sell is a program offered by Kitchen Kraft to help home sellers evaluate the marketability of their home and help determine which conditions should be addressed in the presale phase. Kitchen Kraft is a Columbus based design and build company that has been designing kitchens and bathrooms since 1994.

Designed to Sell benefits home sellers. The program offers the use of a designer’s perspective to upgrade the bare bones minimum, to get the most equity out of your home. This allows one company with a proven track record of excellence to handle the entire aspect of the renovation process.

Designed to Sell will offer a broken down estimate based on the evaluation done by one of Kitchen Kraft’s designers. The Evaluation will also offer a reasonable time line on getting renovations done. The renovations may include but are not limited to: painting, interior fixtures, lighting, flooring, and light kitchen and Bath renovations that will increase the marketability of your home. If you decide to use the program it could eliminate paying retail for multiple renovations needed to update your home.

Designed to Sell will also eliminate the guessing of working with efficient and reputable renovators. The program will also eliminate the time spent looking and working with different companies to stage the projects.

Designed to Sell process:

1.  Call for your FREE evaluation.
2.  Designer will come out and evaluate your home- take pictures and notes on the residence.
3.  Designer will produce an itemized recommended estimate for renovations to presale conditions of the home’s marketability. Including colors and products.
4. Estimate will include a reasonable timeline from date signed to completion of the renovations.
